Services for Larry E. Dillard will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at The House of Peace Worship Church International with Apostle Linda Sweezer officiating. Burial will be in Miami.

Visitation will be Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Robbins Funeral Home, and at the church Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.

Mr. Dillard died on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Memorial Hospital in Pembroke Pines, Fla. He was 63.

A native of Vicksburg, he lived in Miami for 42 years. He graduated from Rosa A. Temple High School and later attended Utica Junior College and Alcorn State University, receiving his associate’s degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration.

Mr. Dillard worked as a licensed Realtor for over 37 years and founded his own company, North Dade Properties. He served as past president of the NAREB, National Association of Registered Agents and Brokers, and specialized in many areas of real estate.

In November 2010, he received a Master’s of Ministry Degree, and a Doctorate of Ministry in 2012.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Dillard Jr.; a sister, Flora Howard; and two brothers, Thaddeus Dillard and William Richardson.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Patricia Dillard; a daughter, Patrice Dillard; his mother, Bessie Dillard of Vicksburg; three brothers, James Dillard, John Dillard and Perry Dillard, all of Vicksburg; five sisters, Bessie Funches, Apostle Linda Sweezer, prophetess Felicia Jones, and evangelist Ramona Latham, all of Vicksburg, and Marilyn Dillard of Jackson; three aunts; and of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
