Woman’s death under investigation by police

Vicksburg police are questioning a man about the death of a woman in her home on Roseland Drive.

Police Capt. Sandra Williams said paramedics responding an E911 medical call at 119 Roseland Drive about 12:15 p.m. arrived to find Mary Warren, 62, dead, and immediately notified police.

Officers arriving at the home took her live-in boyfriend into custody and took him to the Vicksburg Police Department for questioning.

No charges have been filed and the investigation is continuing.
