To the editor:

Mr. Tillman Whitley and Mrs. Dorothy Whitley have an at-risk school for improving the skills of students. All of his students have excelled in school since they entered the school.

However, they are working without funding. I visited the Whitley school and these students are prepared.

I wish the county would take into consideration that this school needs funding also.

The Whitley school has a 100 percent improvement rate.
