City offices to reopen Thursday; Board of Mayor and Aldermen to meet

City offices closed because of the cold weather Tuesday and Wednesday will reopen Thursday at their regular time, Mayor George Flaggs Jr. said.

The meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen that was postponed Tuesday will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
