Funeral services for Donell Michael Wince will be Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Jackson Street Baptist Church at 11 a.m.

Visitation will be at C J Williams Mortuary Services, 4310 Halls Ferry Road, from 1 to 7 p.m. with family present from 6 to 7 p.m.

Donell Wince died March 15, 2018, at Merit Health River Region in Vicksburg. He was 43.

Mr. Wince joined the U.S. Marine Corps and later joined the US Army. He was a member of Jackson Street Baptist Church, where he served faithfully as an usher until his passing.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Robert and Mary Walker; and paternal grandparents, J.B. and Malisa Wince.

He leaves to cherish his memories, one son, Donell Michael Wince Jr.; his parents, Donell and Rosie Wince; one sister, Malisa Williams (Julius) of Vicksburg; two brothers, Derrick Wince of Vicksburg, and Rodney Wince, of Nanjing, China; two nephews, DaVaris Bass and Christian Williams of Vicksburg; uncles; aunts; numerous cousins; and other relatives and friends, including the Walker, Evans, Johnson, Stampley and Hunter families.
