Emily Rene’ Lovern passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018, in Winder, Georgia. She was 16 years old.
Emily was born Jan. 4, 2002 in Jackson. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Sherman C Hull III, and her grandmother, Janice Eastburn Hull of Vicksburg.
She is survived by her mother, Alesia Rene Cowart of Winder Georgia; her father, Michael Wade Lovern of New Orleans, Louisiana; her paternal grandparents, Linda and Mike Gilmer of Byram, and Rhonda Rene Fedrick, of Jackson; her twin sisters, Katherine (Katie) Denice Everett of Winder, Georgia, and Claire Cowart Everett of Magee; a brother, John Wesley Barrett of Winder, Georgia; her great-grandparents Sherman C Hull Jr. and Ollie S Hull of Vicksburg. She also has numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services for Emily Rene’ Lovern, formally of Vicksburg, will be 2 p.m. April 17, 2018, at Glenwood Funeral Home of Vicksburg. Officiating the service will be Rev. Jeff Sykes of Delhi, Louisiana.
Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg.
Pallbearers will be Steven Hull, Marcus Hull, John W. Barrett, and Lee Lovern.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to French Camp Academy “One Fine Place” French Camp, MS 39745-90703. Emily attended this academy from 2011-2016.
