Mark Harlan Hallberg Sr., 55, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, transitioned from this life into his eternal being Monday, April 16, 2018, at his home in Pensacola, Fla.

Mark was born in Pascagoula to Walter B. Hallberg Jr. and the late Betty S. Hallberg. Mark graduated from Porters Chapel Academy in Vicksburg in 1980, where he lettered in baseball as a second baseman.  He enjoyed being outdoors, had a love for nature and all that entails.

Thirteen years ago, Mark married Amber Davis and together they blended their families, creating many joyful memories through the years. More than anything, Mark loved his wife, Amber, his children and grandchildren.

Mark is survived by his wife, Amber Hallberg; his sons, Harlan Hallberg (Haley), Cody Hallberg (Megan) and Dillon Davis; his daughter, Mallory Hallberg (Chris); and his three grandchildren, Caden Hallberg, Easton Hallberg and Annabelle Hallberg.

He is also survived by his father, Walter B. Hallberg Jr.; brother, Walter B. Hallberg III (Mary), his sister, Ava Duncan (Jerry); the mother of his children, Tracie Wallace Hicks; and numerous nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends who will mourn the loss of this great man. 

Graveside services will take place Saturday, April 21, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
