Steven Louis Andress, 63, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018, at his home.

He was born to Herbert and Geraldine Andress in Vicksburg on Oct. 4, 1954. He worked many years as a surveyor for the Mat Sinking Unit for the Corps of Engineers. He was in demand for the quality of the work he produced and was well liked by both management and fellow workers.

He was preceded in death by both parents; grandparents; and a nephew.

He is survived by two brothers, Billy and Bobby Andress; a sister, Leslie Andress; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Services will be conducted by the Rev. Rocky Henriques of Utica Baptist Church.

Visitation will be at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home Saturday, April 21, 2018, at 10 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Utica Cemetery in Utica.
