TERRY — Kenneth Warren Beard Sr., 74, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2018, at the World Com Building in Clinton.

Ken was born in Vicksburg to the late Joseph Beard and Loice Alford Beard.

He began working in body and fender repair when he was 17 years old, owning and operating several businesses, including a portable skating rink and Paradise Pools and Spas.

First and foremost, Ken was a devoted servant to Jehovah God. He was a loving husband, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed traveling, specifically appreciating the world of creation around him.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his grandson, Zachary Warren Beard.

Survivors include his wife, Faye Beard of Terry; sons, Kenneth (Natalie) Beard of Fla. and William Timothy (Kari) Beard of Terry; grandchild, Ashley (Lane) Thrailkill; and great-grandchild, Zachary Aiden Thrailkill.
