Mary Louise McCormack Brown

Mary Louise (McCormack) Brown, 88, of Vicksburg went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2018.
Visitation for Mary Brown will be at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home Monday, April 30, 2018, from noon to 2 p.m.
A graveside service will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
Mary was born in Little Rock, Ark., Jan. 18, 1930, to Henry Floyd McCormack and Emma Mae Brister. She married Dewey Hobson Brown Jr. on May 3, 1952, and together, they had four sons. Mary was a long-time member of Crawford Street United Methodist Church in Vicksburg. In addition to being a loving mother and wife, Mary enjoyed 50 years of service and friendships in the Warren County extension of Mississippi Homemaker Volunteers, Inc.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Emma McCormack; brother, H. F. (Mac) McCormack Jr.; and devoted husband, Dewey Hobson Brown Jr.
Survivors include her sons, Gary Brown (Harriet), Glynn Brown (Janet), Greg Brown and Todd Brown (Karen); five grandchildren, Ashley Little (Mark), Summer Hall (Brian), Craig Brown, Emma Geiger (Landon) and Madeline Brown; eight great-grandchildren; and two nieces.
The family offers special thanks for the loving care Mary received from Linda Carson and Gloria Washington from Hospice Ministries.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Crawford Street United Methodist Church or a favorite charity.
Pallbearers will be Gary Brown, Glynn Brown, Greg Brown, Todd Brown, Craig Brown, Mark Little, Brian Hall and Landon Geiger.
Honorary pallbearers will be club members of the Warren County extension of Mississippi Homemaker Volunteers, Inc.
