Cortez Denzel Hardy died Sunday, May 6, 2018, at Merit Health River Region. He was 21.

Survivors include his father, Gary Hardy; mother, Lois Gaskin; brothers, Gary Hardy Jr., Darion Turner and Sean Hardy Jr.; grandmother, Joyce Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Vicksburg City Auditorium with the Rev. Joe Brisco officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday, May 11, 2018, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home from 1 to 6 p.m. with family present from 5 to 6 p.m.
