Interested in going to work for Unified Brands, the company planning to open a new facility in the Ceres Industrial Park in Warren County?

The first step in exploring that opportunity is acquiring your Career Readiness Certificate, available at Hinds Community College, located at 744 Highway 27, in the Banks Building in Vicksburg.

You may obtain your certificate anytime Monday through Friday at 8 a.m., with an additional session set for 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6, and Friday, Sept. 7, and another on Saturday, Sept. 8, at 8 a.m.

However, officials highly recommend that the certification be completed before the company’s career fair, set for Thursday, Sept. 6, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 88 Armory Drive, Vicksburg, in the Ceres Industrial Park.

The company needs individuals with skills in welding, fabrication, assembly and sheet metal work within the manufacturing industry.
