Vicksburg police seek man who sold cocaine to undercover officer

Vicksburg police have issued a warrant for a man who reportedly sold cocaine to an undercover officer, Lt. Johnnie Edwards said.

Leon Walker Bryant, 41, 811 Central Ave., is charged in the warrant with sale of cocaine. The charge is the result of a police investigation into complaints that Bryant was selling cocaine in the city. According to police reports, Bryant is accused of selling cocaine to undercover officers several times during the investigation.

In other cases:

• A 32-inch LCD TV was reported taken about 12:33 a.m. Wednesday from Beyond the Veil, 2121 Clay St. The burglars entered the store by breaking through a wall the business shared with Community Choice Financial, 2121B Clay St. That business was entered by breaking a glass window.

• A counterfeit $100 bill was reported passed about 1:15 a.m. Wednesday at WaterView Casino, 3990 Washington St.
