Warren County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man wanted in connection with the attempted robbery of the Dollar General Store on Tiffintown Road Thursday night.

According to sheriff’s department reports, the man entered the store about 7:30 p.m. Thursday, picked up a small item and took it to the counter.

When the clerk opened the register to make change, the man reached over and attempted unsuccessfully to take money out of the register drawer.

When his attempt failed, he left the store, riding off on a small dirt bike-like motorcycle.
