Betty Hull Davis died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at Merit Health-River Region Medical Center. She was 87. 

Mrs. Davis was a native and lifelong resident of Vicksburg. She was the daughter of the late Cody Hull and Laura Oakes Hull Walls. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton F. Davis; a son, James Richard Davis, and two sisters, Edna Hull Smith and Joy Bodet.

Mrs. Davis is survived by two sons, Don Davis (Susie) of Port Gibson and Mike Davis of Vicksburg; a sister, Grace Saar (Joe) of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Milton B. Hull of Fort Worth, Texas and Sherman C. Hull of Vicksburg; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, at Riles Funeral Home with the Rev. Andy McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
