Geanne Melissa “Lissy” Wyatt passed away Friday, May 3, 2019.

Melissa was born in Vicksburg and graduated from Vicksburg High School. She was devoted to her family and friends, giving selflessly to anyone in need.

She was an animal lover, even saving “doggy bags” to feed to the wild animals in her yard. Her laugh was contagious, and she could brighten a room just by walking into it.
Melissa was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Kathleen Olmos, and is survived by her husband, Dwayne Wyatt; daughter, Kristina Wyatt; brother, James Rabun; sisters, Shelby Dupuy, Peggy “Suzy” Norwood, Carolyn Maynard and Sharon Wood; and stepfather, Sixto Olmos.
A private memorial service will be held later this summer. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Paws Rescue, PO Box 13, Redwood, MS 39156.
