Funeral services for Anthony “Big Tick” Smith will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 6, at King David #1 M.B. Church with the Rev. A.L. Hines officiating.

Mr. Smith passed away Friday, June 28, following a sudden illness. He was 61.

He had worked as a carpenter and was a graduate of Vicksburg High School Class of 1978.

He is survived by his mother, Freddie Allen Smith of Vicksburg, his two brothers, Cesar Smith Jr. and Tommy Smith of St. Louis, Mo.; his two sisters, Diane Turner and Carolyn Johnson, both of Vicksburg.
