As of 9 a.m. this morning, more than 840 Warren County residents were without power. An interactive map that lists power outages in real time can be viewed by clicking here.
Entergy Customer Service Representative Sheila McKinnis said the area most affected by the outage is off of Mount Alban Rd., where a tree fell on the power line and knocked out power for 705 residents. Entergy is working to restore power to the area and has arranged for a bulldozer to remove the tree.
McKinnis said it is possible power outages could continue throughout the day if weather persists, keeping the ground saturated and the possibility of fallen trees high. She encourages residents to contact Entergy if you experience loss of power. Entergy can be contacted by texting OUT to 368374, downloading the Entergy App or calling 1-800-968-8243 (1-800-9OUTAGE).
