Sarah Lee Robinson of Vicksburg resident passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27, at Merit Health River Region following a lengthy illness. She was 87.

She was a homemaker and member of St. Mark Freewill Baptist Church. She was a member of the Order of the Easter Star, Heroines of Jericho, an usher for her church and a mother of the Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stan and Lillie Scott; her brother, James Scott; sisters, Lelo Moore, Ossie Kenner and Rosie Lee Wallace.

She is survived by her son, Levi Robinson of Vicksburg; her daughter, Janice Robinson, also of Vicksburg; and her sister, Alberta Selmon of Vicksburg.
