Brian Lamar Welton died August 19, 2019, at his home in Anchorage, Alaska. He was 34.

He was general manager of Anchorage Chrysler-Dodge and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Lori Yelder Welton, Anchorage; children, Kayla, Avery, Khaliah, Khamariah, J’nyah, Peyton and Bria; his father, George Welton, Atlanta, Ga.;  his mother, Patricia Ross Welton, Fort Worth, Texas; siblings, Timothy Hawkins, Jr., Aaron Welton, and Pinky Kierra Howard-Johnson; maternal grandmother, Velma Ross, Greenville; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019, at Mount Calvary M.B. Church, with visitation at the church from noon until the hour of service.

Interment will be Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, at the National Cemetery in Natchez under the direction of Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home.
