Vicksburg High’s varsity basketball games against Provine, originally scheduled for Tuesday night, have been postponed and moved to a new location.

The games will be played Friday at Vicksburg Junior High, with the girls’ varsity game at 6 p.m. and the boys at 7:30.

Vicksburg boys basketball coach Kelvin Carter said the move was made because of a school play at the high school, and concerns over parking for both events. Ongoing construction work has severely limited the number of available parking spots near the school.
