City orders boil water notice for Pemberton Square Blvd.

The city of Vicksburg has issued a boil water notice for both sides of Pemberton Square Boulevard from Halls Ferry Road to the Vicksburg Mall because of a broken 6-inch waterline.

City water and gas superintendent Dane Lovell said water samples have been sent to the Mississippi Department of Health for tests and the notice could be possibly lifted late Wednesday.
