The Vicksburg Warren School District will accept nominations for its athletic Hall of Fame’s Class of 2020 beginning Wednesday.

The nomination period will continue until June 12. Nomination forms are available on the VWSD’s web site at vwsd.org.

To be eligible for nomination, athletes must have attended and participated in athletics at a VWSD school for at least two years beginning in 1970, and been part of a class that graduated at least 15 years prior to nomination.

Coaches must have coached for at least five years at a VWSD school, and for 10 years in their sport. They must also be out of coaching for at least five years prior to nomination.

Administrators must be at least five years removed from employment and must have made significant contributions to VWSD athletics.
