Frances Fay Noble Glodjo

Frances Fay Noble Glodjo, 82, Was Born in Auburn on Sept. 7, 1937, to Robert Franklin Noble and Rosa Nordan Noble Allen (William Allen). She lived most of her life in Port Gibson.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Edward “Bobby” Glodjo and was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church of Port Gibson; two daughters, Faye Glodjo Piazza (Michael) and Irene Glodjo Strittman (David); one sister, Mary Noble May (Kent) of Vicksburg; and four brothers, William “Billy Jack” Noble (Ilene) of Vicksburg, Frank Noble (Margie) of Dallas, Shelby Noble (Beverly) of Baton Rouge, La. and Allen Noble (Linda) of Laurel. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Austin Strittman, Darian Strittman, Jacob Piazza, Ethan Piazza, Maria Piazza and Eva Piazza.
She was a talented seamstress and worked with Chamberlain Hunt Academy in clothing issue and made many beautiful quilts completely by hand.
She worked for many years as a bookkeeper for several businesses most recently CS&I water association in Port Gibson for approximately 36 years.
The Glodjo family would like to thank Dr. Carter Milner of UMMC cancer clinic and Dr. Tammy Young of Jackson Oncology and their staff for all of their care and compassion.
Memorials can be made to Shiloh Baptist Church of Port Gibson.
Due to the national health crisis, funeral services will be held privately. No visitation is planned at this time.
