The Vicksburg Police Department, with support from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, is currently chasing suspects in an area behind Motel 6 off East Clay Street. The search also includes portions of the Vicksburg National Military Park.

Early reports connect as many as three suspects connected to a recent theft of a gun. Multiple units with the Vicksburg Police Department, along with a K-9 unit with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office are involved in the search.
