Graveside services for Betty Jean Harrington will be Friday, Aug. 7, 2020, in the Cedar Hill Cemetery at 11 a.m. under the direction of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Betty Jean Harrington passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020, following a brief illness. She was 81. She had worked for the Vicksburg laundry.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Gracie Albert Sr.

She is survived by her son, Charles E. Carter Jr. of Vicksburg; her brother, Mack A. Albert of Vicksburg; her two sisters, Queen Shaw and Gracie Green both of Vicksburg; and a host of nieces, nephews and others.
