Vicksburg Police holding two in attempted carjacking

Vicksburg Police have two people in custody after an attempted armed carjacking at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Fleur De Lis Drive.

According to authorities, two men attempted to take a car from its driver at gunpoint about 10:24 a.m. Monday.

Police have not released the names of the two men in custody and no charges have been filed at this time, pending further investigation.
