A Vicksburg teenager wanted in connection to shooting into a car was arrested Saturday at a Vicksburg hotel.
Kentavious Ford, 17, of Vicksburg was arrested on an outstanding warrant at Motel 6 by officers who were there on an unrelated matter.
Ford’s arrest comes four days after he was named as a suspect for shooting into a car near the intersection of First East Street and Adams Street. He was charged with one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle.
During an initial court appearance Sunday, Judge Angela Carpenter set Ford’s bond at $75,000 and he was bound over to the grand jury.
