Emma Bell Miller was born Sept. 23, 1934, in Philadelphia and passed away Sept. 21, 2020, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.

She became a member of the Valley Park community at an early age where later in life she met and married Leonard (Bubba) Miller.

Her impact in education, community service work, faithfulness and love for all children will always be remembered. She only had eight children but was known as mother to all.

Viewing will be Monday, Sept. 28, 2020, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Westhaven Memorial Funeral Home, 3580 Robinson Road, Jackson.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Cedar Hill City Cemetery, Vicksburg.
