Bobby Mallory Wallace Sr.

Bobby Mallory Wallace Sr. was born in St. Joseph, La. on Nov. 13, 1942, to his parents, Robert L. Wallace and Katherine Higginbotham Wallace Chisolm, and passed away on Oct. 29, 2020, in Centreville. He was 77 years old.
Bobby enjoyed watching sports, loved animals, played football for two years at Co-Lin Community College, and ran track. His teammates knew him as “White Lightning.” He worked at International Paper for 35 years. Bobby adored his family and his grandchildren and was a great father and husband.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. Wallace and Katherine Higginbotham Wallace Chisolm.
He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Pamela Nettles Wallace; his son, Bobby Wallace; his daughter, Tracie Wallace Hicks; his sisters, Patsy Wallace Drago and Nancy Wallace McBride; half-sister, Mona Chisolm Fonte; his half brother, Craig Chisolm; grandchildren, Harlan Hallberg, Cody Hallberg, Mallory Hallberg, Bobby (Beau) Wallace III and Baylee Wallace; and great-grandchildren, Brayden Wallace, Caden Hallberg, Easton Hallberg, Annabelle Hallberg and Caroline Hallberg.
Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Moss, Earl Ray Guin, Furman Ulmer, Kenny Warner, Ernie Monk, Walter Cooper, Beau Wallace, Cody Hallberg and Harlan Hallberg. Brother Howard Peak will be officiating.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020, at 1 p.m. Visitation will be held at noon at Glenwood Funeral Home in Vicksburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Paws Animal Rescue.
