Ethel Mae Carter passed away on May 29, at The Bluffs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Vicksburg. She was 73.

Graveside services for Carter will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 9, at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 8,  from 1 until 6 p.m.
