Vicksburg man in custody for methamphetamine possession

Brian Swartz, 59, of Vicksburg, was arrested Saturday, Nov. 25, after a felony amount of methamphetamine was found in a vehicle in which he was a passenger.

Swartz appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Sunday, Nov. 26, before Judge Penny Lawson, and was charged with possession of methamphetamine and hindering prosecution.

He received a $20,000 bond and was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
