The Southern Cultural Heritage Center (SCHC) will present a Country & More Dance Party in the SCHC Auditorium, at the corner of Crawford and Cherry streets.

“Grab a partner or come alone! We will do country line and partner dances along with other line dances, and some to your favorite tunes,” SCHC officials said.

The events are held on the second Saturday of each month, with the next scheduled for Sat., Jan. 13. There will be a dance tutorial from 6 until 7 p.m. and a dance party from 7 until 9 p.m. The cost is $10 per person. There will be a cash bar and concessions available.
