A Vicksburg man was arrested last week at a local casino for possession of narcotics, according to information from Vicksburg Police Department (VPD).

“Alexander Brent Thomas, 28, of Vicksburg, was arrested Thursday, April 18, 2024, after he was found to be in possession of 20 grams of methamphetamine at RiverWalk Casino, 1380 Warrenton Road,” VPD said in a statement.

Thomas appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court Friday, April 19, before Judge Penny Lawson, where he received a $35,000 bond. He was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
