Vicksburg native Michael Gerard Johnson, beloved by many, passed away suddenly at his home in Woodbridge, Va., on Thursday, April 25. He was 60 years old.

His absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him.

Services will be held Saturday, May 4, at 11 a.m. at Clover Valley MB Church with Rev. Samuel Jones, delivering the message.

Visitation will be May 4 at 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Interment will follow the service at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg.

Century Funeral Home (Yazoo City) will be responsible for the interment.
