The Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce added another ribbon-cutting event to its recent string of ceremonies marking new and existing local businesses joining its ranks.

Thursday’s ribbon cutting took place at Bohemia Cafe and Bakery, located at 1119 Washington St.

“We’re excited to be back downtown again, where we are welcoming new chamber members to our organization,” Vicksburg Mayor George Flaggs Jr. said. “Bohemia has been open and we want to continue to open these doors.”

Flaggs said he is proud of the progress the chamber has made in recent months, adding a continuous stream of businesses to its member count.

“I can tell you this, is that I’ve never been so excited about Vicksburg and how many times I’ve been on this street cutting a ribbon, because of the fact that I know we’re growing,” he said. 

Bohemia Cafe and Bakery is open Tuesday through Friday from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
