The Vicksburg Police Department (VPD) will hold a meeting for parents and guardians of kids taking part in the annual Streetball summer program. 

The meeting will be held Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the Vicksburg Police Department municipal courtroom, located at 820 Veto Street.

VPD officials, including Chief of Police Penny Jones, will be on hand to answer questions, discuss concerns, help with registration and go over general information.

The Streetball program begins Tuesday and runs from 4 until 10 p.m. The program will be held at Warren Central Junior High school for ages six through 12 and at Vicksburg Junior High School for ages 13-18.
