Navy 2024 Strength of Schedule

• Based on their opponents’ combined win total last season, the Midshipmen will be facing the 85th-ranked schedule in terms of difficulty.
• In terms of toughness — and using its opponents’ projected win total this season — Navy will be playing the 37th-ranked schedule this year.
• Taking into account their AAC opponents’ combined win total last year (50), the Midshipmen have the 68th-ranked conference schedule in college football.
• Navy’s schedule features seven games against teams that finished above .500 in 2023 (three against teams with nine or more wins and three against squads that totaled less than four wins).
• The Midshipmen have six games scheduled against teams that made a bowl game last year.

• While the Midshipmen ranked 46th in total defense with 353.7 yards allowed per game last season, they were slightly less successful on offense, ranking eighth-worst (300.3 yards per game).
• Navy was a bottom-25 scoring offense last year, ranking ninth-worst with 17.7 points per game. Defensively, it ranked 38th in FBS (22.4 points allowed per game).
• The Midshipmen ranked third-worst in passing offense last season (105.7 passing yards per game), but they played better on defense, ranking 65th with 224.8 passing yards allowed per game.
