Officials with Vicksburg Police Department (VPD) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted for questioning in connection with an aggravated assault case.

VPD Sgt. Jerrold Hayes said officers are looking for 29-year-old Nicholas Rashad Clay.

VPD did not provide the specifics of the case Clay is wanted in connection with, but is asking that anyone with information about his whereabouts call the police department at 601-636-2511 or Crime Stoppers at 601-355-8477 (TIPS). All calls are confidential.
