The Southern Cultural Heritage Center has announced it will host a Halloween Line Dance Party in the SCHC Auditorium on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 6 to 7 p.m.

Participants will enjoy line dances of all styles including country, soul and pop. To coincide with the Halloween theme, there will be a costume contest with a trophy for the best costume and Halloween dances like the “Witches’ Dance” and “Thriller” on the playlist. There will be a dance tutorial from 6 to 7 p.m. and the dance party is from 7 to 9 p.m. The cost is $10 per person. There will be a cash bar and concessions available.
