The following arrests were recorded by the Vicksburg Police Department for the period Sept. 30 through Oct. 6, 2024:

• Robert Taft Nesmith was arrested on Sept. 30 after serving a search warrant.
• Tameica Everett was arrested on Sept. 30 for crimes in another jurisdiction.
• John Blaine Humphries was arrested on Sept. 30 for simple assault with hands and fists.
• Meichealiah Kiygeriau Rene Goodman was arrested on Sept. 30 for an expired or no driver’s license – first; speeding 21-29; child restraint device; no insurance – first offense; and crimes in another jurisdiction.
