Mr. Leon Thomas passed away Wednesday, Oct. 16, at his home surrounded by his family. He was 85.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home Friday, Oct. 25, from 1 until 6 p.m., with family present from 5 until 6 p.m. and on Saturday at the church from 1 p.m. until the hour of the service.
