Kahlid Sims, 29, of Vicksburg was arrested on Friday, Nov. 8 after he was seen breaking out the windows at the Smoke Break, 1217 Cherry St. Sims appeared before Judge Angela Carpenter in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Tuesday, Nov. 12 on a charge of felony malicious mischief. His bond was set at $15,000 and he was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
