Mr. Charles E. Neal passed away Tuesday, Nov. 26, at Merit Health River Region. He was 73.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at Porter Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, with Pastor Larry Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Porters Chapel Church Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 6, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home from 1 until 6 p.m. with the family present from 5 until 6 p.m., and Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.
