Bally’s, Gospel Temple feed first responders working Christmas Day

Volunteers from Bally’s Vicksburg Casino, Gospel Temple M. B. Church and other organizations from around the River City cooked and handed out meals for first responders working in Vicksburg on Christmas Day.
“Once again, Bally’s Vicksburg Casino and the Gospel Temple M.B. Church family will show our appreciation to the best first responders in the country,” Vicksburg Fire Chief Derrick Stamps said Wednesday morning. “We are preparing Christmas dinner for those who must work tirelessly to keep us safe on Christmas Day.”
First responders lined Lane Street, where volunteers passed out meals from the Gospel Temple M.B. Church location.
