Funeral services for Bettye L. Banks, 74, who died Sunday, Dec. 22, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, at Poplar Hill A.M.E. Church in Fayette with the Rev. Charles Barkley officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery with Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. of Port Gibson in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held Friday from 1 until 5 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the service time.
