Mississippi Delta Community College basketball player Janiah Caples, a Vicksburg High alum, had 15 points, six rebounds and three assists in a 70-64 win over LSU-Eunice on Dec. 10.

The sophomore is averaging a team-high 14.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game this season for the Lady Trojans (9-0).

Mississippi Delta plays LSU Eunice again on Jan. 7, at 5:30 p.m. on Delta’s campus in Moorhead.
