Warren Central soccer player Jordan Polk scored both of her team’s goals in a 2-0 victory over Ridgeland on Jan. 17. The Lady Vikes clinched the MHSAA Region 2-6A championship with the win.

Polk, a junior, leads Warren Central with 20 goals and 12 assists this season.

Warren Central will finish the regular season on Friday, Jan. 24, at Leake Central. Its first playoff game is scheduled for either Feb. 3 or 4 against the No. 4 seed from Region 1-6A.
