Willie Neal of Vicksburg died Sunday, March 30, 2014, at River Region Medical Center. He was 96.

He was retired from the City of Vicksburg Water and Gas Department and Grand Gulf Nuclear Power Station, and was a member of the Greater Mt. Zion M.B. Church, where he was an usher for more than 40 years.

W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
