Honoring the Constitution

During the event, members of the Sarah Randolph Boone Chapter of the Children of the American Revolution recited the Pledge of Allegience, Dr. Clarissa Davis sang the “Star Spangled Banner,” Mayor Laurence Leyens read a proclamation and the Rev. Scott Reiber of Westminster Presbyterian Church spoke on being a Christian citizen. About 25 people attended the event sponsored by the Ashmead chapter of DAR.
